Bodyweight Primal Movements

Here are a couple of bodyweight movements.  No equipment, no gym, just you.  These are two primal movements called the lizard and the inchworm.  Both excellent warm-ups or a workout.  Wear a weighted vest for resistance or do them up or down hills for a challenge.
