Using the rebounder as a training partner is a blast! It also gives you fitness in many ways. Some of the basic exercises you can do. The overhead slam and catch, the side chop and catch, toss and grab. The rebounding will really wake up your coordination and reflexes. The harder you throw against the rebounder the faster it comes back! In this video 2 of my kids are using their Sandbells to have fun!
