I was talking with a friend yesterday and like always we covered many topics and most of them training. We were talking sandbags and he told me a gem of an idea. It was so simple and cheap I had to share with you. In my experience using sandbags, you have one and the more sand you put in the bigger and more full it gets. Very good, what about when you don't have it filled all the way up, but you still want that full, plump feel to the bag? Here is what you can do. Pillows. That's right, pillows, the things you use at night to sleep on. With all the heads in my house we have tons of pillows, I grabbed one from my sons room and he probably won't even notice. You can use small pillows, body pillows or regular pillows. Whatever it takes to plump up your sandbag without adding extra weight.
