DIY Rebounder and Sandbells

Hey DIY strengthsters

Using the rebounder as a training partner is a blast!  It also gives you fitness in many ways.  Some of the basic exercises you can do.  The overhead slam and catch, the side chop and catch, toss and grab.  The rebounding will really wake up your coordination and reflexes.  The harder you throw against the rebounder the faster it comes back!  In this video 2 of my kids are using their Sandbells to have fun!

Have fun with getting healthy!

Make your own rebounder

Hey DIY strengthsters

Have you heard or seen something called a rebounder?  It's nothing more than a mini trampoline on a metal frame for quite a few green backs.  I'm going to show you a cheap might I say redneck way to build your own for nothing if your resourceful.  Bowling balls, bowling alleys have tons of old ones they'll probably let you have one.  Mini trampolines are cheap, but I've got 2 that I found on peoples curbside a few years back.  Check out the video, it's pretty self explanatory.  If you have questions or would like to see a DIY rebounder frame work kit made available, let me know.  I'm thinking a hardware kit that you would be able to buy and using your own 2x4 and plywood slap together a rebounder frame that would adjust in height and give you more stability.  Shoot me an email with your thoughts. ryanjpitts1@gmail.com

Have fun and be strong.
