Redneck Rebounder

Hey DIY strengthsters,

I just posted this at the SG blog too.  It's simply fun and cheap + great training! The good ole rebounder(mini trampoline) someone threw out and a 16 lb bowling ball.  Add a decline bench in the mix and you have some redneck fitness going on.





This is a blast! Think of the possibilities.
